After many years of dedicated care, compassion, and service to our community, Dr. Freeh is officially retiring.

To help celebrate, we are collecting thank-you notes and well wishes for him. We encourage you to stop by our clinic to drop off a card — or come in and write one here using our paper and pens!

📝 Please bring your notes in by December 17th!

🦃 Thanksgiving Food Drive 🥫

The season of giving is here, and we’re so thankful for the opportunity to give back to our community!

We’re collecting non-perishable food items now through November 19th, which will be donated to local food banks and shelters just in time for Thanksgiving.

Every can, box, and bag makes a difference — and together, we can help make this holiday season a little brighter for those in need.

Join us in spreading kindness and gratitude this Thanksgiving! 🙌


*Donations can be dropped off at our clinic between 7am-6pm, Monday through Friday.*
