Dr. Aitken is a fellowship trained osteopractor and physical therapist born and raised in Idaho. After graduating with his doctorate in physical therapy from Idaho State University, he sought the highest level of training possible in his field. Dr. Aitken’s search for knowledge inspired his cross country travels to attend the most prestigious educational institutions to complete his education and continuing on to complete two years of advanced fellowship training. Dr. Aitken now returns to his home state of Idaho to share his passion, skill, and training with the Treasure Valley. He specializes in differential diagnosis of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, electro-dry needling, joint manipulation, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and various other manual therapy techniques.
Dr. Aitken has particular expertise in the treatment of orthopedic conditions that include but are not limited to: headache, migraine, neck pain, low back pain, rib sprains, persistent ankle sprains and other foot conditions, osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel, golfer’s and tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries, and much more.
