To close out Nurses Week, we are proud to highlight one of our community leaders, Resident Care Director Tracy Harmon from Mayfair Village. Whether it's offering a comforting word, going the extra mile for a resident, or mentoring new associates, Tracy leads by example every day.

"I love being able to care for and assist residents as they grow older. I love hearing their life stories. Seniors hold a lot of knowledge. Both of my parents are no longer with us, and it is nice to be able to borrow someone else's parents for a short time."
