Our Story

Revitalize Medical Spa - Alamosa, is owned and operated by Lindsay Blankenship, PA-C and is part of the Revitalize Medical Group LLC.

Lindsay Blankenship is a certified Physician Assistant and has been practicing medicine since 2008. She has spent nearly a decade in the Emergency Room but has also developed a passion for quality skin care and aesthetics over the last five years. She has a particular interest in empowering women starting with building their self confidence. Lindsay has been married to her husband, Josh for over a decade and they have 4 adored children. They are originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma yet found their way to beautiful Colorado in 2015 via Josh's college football coaching career. Lindsay is thankful and excited to uniquely offer a comprehensive menu of skin care and medical aesthetic services to Southern Colorado.
