Picky eating is a common behavior among many toddlers from 2-5 years old. Here are some tips that can help👇
⭐ Encourage your child to join you prepare meals or let them pick out 1 fruit or veggie at the store.
⭐ Include a mix of familiar foods AND new foods (but just 1 at a time!)
⭐ Try to keep mealtime low-pressure. talk about colors, shapes, and textures and avoid labeling foods as "good" or "bad".
⭐ Offer the same foods for the whole family.
Picky eating can be stressful, but these tips can help you deal with this behavior in a more positive way that nurtures your child's willingness to explore new foods.
