Colorado's Early Intervention program supports children with developmental delays or disabilities from birth until their third birthday. It helps families promote their child's development within their daily routines. The program is based on seven guiding principles: family-centered, children's learning in their natural environment, adult learning, and quality teaming. This helps children with special needs develop to their full potential.
