6-Week Ladies Boot Camp – FAQ

Starts June 3rd
Workout Times: 5:15 a.m. or 7:45 a.m.
Sign-Up & Payment Deadline: May 20



Is this for all fitness levels? What if I’m a beginner?

Any fitness level is welcome. We are beginner-friendly and will modify any exercises to your current comfort level.
The goal is growth, not perfection.



How do we get more information?

How will we communicate?

A GroupMe will be started for all participants approximately one week before the start date for updates, reminders, and encouragement.



Do I need any equipment to join the boot camp?

Yes. You will need:

* Fingerless weight gloves
* A thick yoga mat
* A great attitude



How long are the workouts?

Each workout will last 45 minutes to 1 hour.



What if I get hurt?

We will begin the boot camp with a fitness test, and each day will include stretching to help prevent injury.
Our goal is that no one gets hurt.



I’m afraid of boot camp.

It is normal to be afraid of starting something new.
However, our goal is to build confidence in a supportive, encouraging environment.
There is no judgment here, and we are all here to support each other on our individual fitness journeys.
There is no required fitness level to get started.
We will focus mainly on bodyweight exercises and progress as the weeks move forward.



What days are workouts planned?

Workouts will be held Monday through Thursday.
Each day will feature different workouts and locations to keep things fun and engaging
