🔥 Thursday Nights Just Got Spicy 🔥
If you’re ready to sweat, strengthen, and glisten, Thursday evenings are officially your new favorite workout night.
Start with Maria’s Core Class at 5:30 PM — the perfect burn to wake up your powerhouse.
Then roll right into Anaya’s Hot Power Yoga from 6:30–7:15 PM — a fiery 45‑minute flow that will have you glowing from the inside out.
Two back‑to‑back classes. One unstoppable evening.
Come for the core, stay for the power, and leave feeling strong, sweaty, and unstoppable.
Thursday nights are your night to glisten.

Self-growth is beautiful.
Healthy living is powerful.
Discipline can absolutely change your life.

But hear me on this…

Your worth is not measured by your consistency.
Your value is not dependent on how “on track” you are.
You are not lovable because you’re disciplined.

You are lovable. Period.

If you’re constantly creating conditions for your own love —
“I’ll feel good when…”
“I’ll be proud when…”
“I’ll rest when…”

You’ll never actually arrive.

Growth should come from love… not from proving that you’re worthy of it.

Take care of yourself because you matter.
Not because you’re trying to earn your value.

And if you need a space to breathe, reset, and come back to yourself…
