Welcome to New customers and hello to our existing!! Here is how we operate so there is no confusion.

⚠️Please make sure you have all comments or newest comments turned on the post when claiming as you may not see everyone's comment.

A LIKE ON YOUR COMMENT MEANS ITS YOURS!!

👉We will hold your items in an "open" box until the end of each month or sooner if you would like to close your box. Just message us to close.

-Boxes can be any amount. Even a single cabochon. Meaning you see a cab but life is rough? Tell us. We will put it aside in your box.

👉We will message the last week of each month and let you know we closed your box and invoiced. ALL BOXES WILL BE CLOSED AT THIS TIME (unless you closed a box within the prior week)

👉Once you close you box- you can have payments or pay in full
For payments-
👉We would like weekly/biweekly payments until the box is paid.
👉If no attempt with a payment is made by the 15th of the month the box will go back. (Unless you communicate with us for other arrangements)
👉👉ANYONE WITH PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM. (This is new to help people not get behind)

-We will ship once or twice a week. If you are in need of a "RUSH" shipment or INSURANCE on your package please let us know so we can adjust the shipping cost.

-Shipping in the USA is $6. International will be exact.

PLEASE SHARE

We went 5 years with our free shipping. Unfortunately Starting August 1st we can no longer provide free shipping. Rates are set to increase 51% on the platform we use.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes but with $2500 per year on average the last 5 years we can no longer fund that.

Minimal shipping costs will remain at $6 in the usa. Costs could be more depending on the weight.

We hope you all understand and look forward to continue providing great cabochons and gems to you all!
