The mystery of magnesium and which one do I need ?

🔮Magnesium Taurate - magnesium containing the amino acid taurine, supports heart health, blood sugar levels, and blood pressure
🔮Magnesium malate - magnesium with malic acid, for energy and muscle pain
🔮Magnesium oxide - a salt combining magnesium and oxygen, not as easily absorbed as citrate, but also used for constipation, heartburn, or indigestion
