Welcome to Pan Dermatology founded in 2007 by board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, Dr. Teddy Pan. We provide general dermatologic care for adults and children in the Capital Region.

To help keep our patients and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, Pan Dermatology is offering teledermatology appointments to new and established patients in New York. NYS has mandated that all health insurances cover telemedicine during this difficult time.

Accepted insurances include: Aetna, Blue Shield of NENY, CDPHP, Cigna, Emblem, Empire BCBS, Empire Plan, Excellus BCBS, GHI, Martin's Point, Medco, Medicare, MVP, PHCS, RMSCO, TRICARE, and Wellcare.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

IF YOU HAVE AN UPCOMING APPOINTMENT AT PAN DERMATOLOGY, PC. PLEASE READ

We are now offering teledermatology audio and video visits to all patients. Teledermatology will help keep you safe in your home while still providing you with the dermatologic care you need. New York State has mandated that all health insurances cover this service during this difficult time. Your copay, coinsurance or deductible may still apply depending upon your insurance carrier. Dr. Pan, Rachelle Gates PA-C and Kelly Vollmer PA-C all have experience in telehealth and are available to see you. We will also be contacting currently scheduled patients to offer changing their face-to-face appointments to telemedicine visits.

For the safe of our patients and staff, if you:
- Are experiencing ANY cold or flu-like symptoms
- Have traveled internationally in the past 30 days
- Have been in contact with anyone who has been tested positive for or been potentially exposed to the coronavirus
