I am so happy to be teaming up with Mindy Werth to create and offer this class!

In this workshop you will gain confidence to care for your newborn. We cover daily tasks such as diapering & bathing. We also cover more complex topics such as feeding and sleeping. We tie it all together by understanding biological norms for newborns and how to respond to their needs.

Welcome Summer babies!!

Tons of focus gets placed on labor and delivery and creating a birth plan. But not a ton of time gets dedicated to learning how to feed your baby. Early feeding doesn't always come as natural as you might think! Learning how to navigate early challenges can make a big difference in your breastfeeding journey.

This course is to help prepare you for the first few days and weeks of infant feeding. Topics include:

💧 How milk production works
💧 How to know baby is getting enough
💧 Multiple positions and techniques for a good latch
💧 How to navigate common issues
💧 What about pumping? (All things pump related)
💧 And more...

Class length: Two hours

It's finally happening!! A prenatal breastfeeding class!!

Working on the postpartum floor and in the NICU I get asked so many questions about the first few days of infant feeding. It can be so overwhelming for new parents, and moms especially, to navigate when they are also recovering from birth. Your brain is so foggy and fuzzy and sleep deprived!

One of the best gifts you can give yourself is knowledge and guidance on the basics of newborn breastfeeding! And why not know it ahead of time while you are waiting for Baby to arrive?? Your soon-to-be mom brain will thank you!

This course will cover topics such as:

Happy World Breastfeeding Week! August 1-7 2024.

I truly believe in this statement from the WHO on World Breastfeeding Week. I really love being able to help fill the gaps in women's health by supporting lactating people. It's such a unique time in our lives and it's often difficult to source and locate support. I am proud to be able to say IN NETWORK with most major insurance companies making lactation support much easier to access.

We all deserve support! No matter how you choose to or are able to feed your baby!

Last week I donated 288oz of breastmilk to !!!

It feels a little surreal tbh. I had a complicated breastfeeding journey with my own kids, as most people do really, so this has been strangely healing?? Lol.
