As the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games brings the excitement to a close, our team wrapped up a week full of Bingo fun! Each day brought new chances to win, and on Friday we celebrated our lucky winners. Gift cards, laughter, and team spirit made it a truly gold-worthy week! 🥇

February may be the shortest month, but it’s full of big birthday energy here at the Massry! Residents came together to celebrate our February birthdays with warm chocolate chip cookies, live music, and plenty of birthday cheer!

Activities and Dining came together yesterday to celebrate the Chinese New Year with our residents! Festive treat carts traveled room-to-room, delivering sweet surprises and smiles along the way. Residents enjoyed delicious dessert choices of creamy rice pudding and tapioca pudding—bringing comfort, tradition, and a touch of celebration to everyone’s day!

These little rays of sunshine are spreading smiles throughout our community, including deliveries to our friends and family in the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. 💛☀️

Massry residents welcomed Doris H. today as she brought in beautiful Underground Railroad quilts and shared how quilt patterns contained symbols guiding freedom seekers north through Upstate New York and into Canada. She explained how the designs were to offer direction and preparation for what lay ahead for those who could not read or speak the language.

A powerful reminder that history can be stitched into every square. 🧵

❤️ Residents and their loved ones enjoyed a Sweetheart Lunch today, celebrating love in all its beautiful forms. The room was filled with full hearts, full plates, and plenty of love to go around — a wonderful reminder that the sweetest moments are the ones we share together. ️

Today, our residents marched into Village Square to take part in the DOSSC Olympics! 🥇
Laughter filled the room as everyone enjoyed pinning the nose on the snowman, aerobic chair dancing, an Olympic ring toss, and a grand finale snowball fight.
The fun kept everyone moving, smiling, and cheering each other on!
