Just because a feeling is loud doesn’t mean it’s true.
Your anxiety isn’t always a signal of danger.
Your fear doesn’t mean you’re failing.
Your sadness doesn’t mean you’re broken.
🌱 Breathe. Pause. Ask:
“Is this emotion guiding me or lying to me?”
You are allowed to question the story your feelings are telling you.
That’s healing. That’s growth.
