As the designated Level IV Regional Perinatal Center, Albany Med provides transport and consultation services to all birthing hospitals in a 24-county area of Northeastern New York and Western New England. Our obstetrical and neonatal staff are highly trained specialists, well qualified to assist women experiencing high-risk or complicated pregnancies, and infants requiring specialized care.
