What: Happy to announce upcoming in-person mental health group in the capital region.

Who: This group is open to Adults 21 and older.

How: There is an application process. Cost is $65 per person, per session or participants can utilize health insurance (see website for participating networks).

Where:The group will be help downtown Schenectady

When: Every Tuesday for 8 week from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Session are from July 11th to August 28th.
