SAVE THE DATE!! A Women's Retreat Weekend in "paradise" at The Center for Nia & Yoga! Friday May 17th begins with a Dance party and dinner! Full day Saturday May 18th Nia class, focused journaling and Sharing: Befriending our aging bodies. Restorative yoga.
