Maybe yoga isn't your thing...but I bet Breathing is. Did you know it improves Asthma, Apnea, Anxiety and ADHD?vAnd as my brother always says... 'I've been breathing my whole life, I'm sure it's fine'. BUT if you breathe in a way that generates stress in your body and brain, it's not fine. It creates inflammation. And if you won't come to yoga and take my word for it... maybe you'll listen to Theo, lol. He and James Nestor cover the basics of EXACTLY what we've been doing at Love for the past 16 years. This is not a day full of yoga asana… it is chance to dive in and dissect some of your favorite poses and some of you’re not so favorites to make sure you’re getting the most out of them in the most intelligent way. It’s less like a class and more like a lab… We’ll chat, you’ll see demonstrations, you can try a few things and we’ll chat some more and then we’ll break for lunch! Our Story

Love Yoga Studios offer yoga and meditation classes for all levels and every body. These classes create opportunities for self discovery, transformation and connection. We offer Guided Meditation classes and workshops for a deeper inward focus.

We also coordinate LoveStrong Adventures as a way to connect outside the studio, in nature. These are mostly moderate level local hikes and some within a few hours from the studio.
