(Because a great smile starts with good habits!)

1️⃣ Follow the 2-2-2 Rule
Brush & floss 2 times a day,
for 2 minutes,
and visit your dentist 2 times a year.

2️⃣ Use a soft-bristled toothbrush
Gentle on enamel, tough on plaque! 🧼

3️⃣ Don’t skip the gumline
Angle your brush at 45° and clean where the teeth meet the gums.

4️⃣ Take your time
2 minutes = top to bottom, front and back, every surface gets love! 💙

5️⃣ Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months
Frayed bristles don’t clean as well — and they hold bacteria!
