The weekend of May 17th Physiq held a weight lifting competition that we were asked to attend. One of our physical therapists, Jerome Lux attended the event to represent us by performing manual therapies such as taping, cupping, and scraping. He loved attended this event, and we love getting our name out there to the community and build connections!

Stretching is a very important part of the recovery and healing process! Not only does it help you physically by improving circulation to the tissues, it also helps you mentally by giving yourself a minute to reflect and relax! We incorporate stretching in our exercise plans for patients because it’s very important to maintain full range of motion in all of your joints.
