Waverly Place is an elegant new state-of-the-art 71 unit assisted living and 20 bed memory care community which will also house our sister company, Wellness at Home, an in-home health care agency. The well-trained on site teams will also have the added resources of Ridgeline Management Company with several decades of senior living expertise. Ridgeline Management Company is a leading senior housing management company based in Oregon. Ridgeline currently operates properties specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care. Ridgeline has proudly overseen the design and construction of Waverly Place and will manage the operations upon opening.

This outstanding achievement was spearheaded by our talented residents in Memory Care, who took the reins to prep, bottle, and seal their extract with minimal guidance. This empowering experience fosters a sense of purpose, engagement, and fulfillment among our residents.

Every month during our employee orientation, we play a rousing game of residents vs new team members! This is something our residents look forward to every month because they are a competitive bunch!
This month was an intense game of badminton. Who was the winner? Well, all of us! Residents got to make the new hires feel welcome and the new hires get some great laughs and to know the residents better.

Congratulations are in order! Eleanor received our resident of the month for August! Eleanor can usually be found in our lobby welcoming visitors into the community. She’s full of life and smiles.

Our resident of the month is voted on by our residents themselves. It’s a way they can show appreciation for each other and support one another making Waverly Place truly incredible and a home that our residents are proud of! Our residents are involved, foster a positive social environment, and show exceptional kindness and helpfulness to each other.
