Waverly Place is an elegant new state-of-the-art 71 unit assisted living and 20 bed memory care community which will also house our sister company, Wellness at Home, an in-home health care agency. The well-trained on site teams will also have the added resources of Ridgeline Management Company with several decades of senior living expertise. Ridgeline Management Company is a leading senior housing management company based in Oregon. Ridgeline currently operates properties specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care. Ridgeline has proudly overseen the design and construction of Waverly Place and will manage the operations upon opening.

Have you seen the new life stations in memory care!? These are specialized, interactive areas designed to mimic familiar, daily activities, helping residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia feel calm, purposeful, and connected to their past.
These areas are accessible throughout the day to provide, not just structured activity, but a sense of pride and normalcy, often allowing residents to re-live cherished roles.
