It was so great to spend some time with the brothers of the Capital District Alphas to celebrate Paul Webster birthday 🎉 and to talk about the plans they have for this years events. ☀️Good morning! I have a lot of new logistics/ dispatch followers, this is for yall. We are Doing a zoom meeting to teach how to create a Dispatch agreement and W9 electronically so the drivers you sign on can fill it out right from their phone. All of their documents can be uploaded and you can file & keep them in one place. I’ve been doing this In one on one sessions but it’s taking a lot of time from my brokerage so we are going to do group sessions going forward. I’m still doing 1x1’s but not for this part. Having an organized efficient back office is mandatory for a dispatcher. If you’re interested in the next session send me a DM.
