✨ It’s official! ✨

Empire State Development, through the Regional Economic Development Councils, has awarded Trinity Alliance of the Capital Region $1.5 million for The Hub at Trinity Place.

This investment will help to expand our facilities to nearly 40,000 square feet, strengthening food security with a modernized Food Pantry, storage, and Community Café; advancing health and wellness through dedicated space for vital services; and supporting youth and families through expanded after-school, educational, and prevention programs—while co-locating foster care prevention and early childhood development services under one roof for greater coordination and access.

The Hub at Trinity Place will serve as a Resilience Hub—a modern, energy-efficient center equipped with a generator to ensure continuity of essential services during emergencies. The project also includes flexible multipurpose spaces, The Collaboratory (with Albany College of Pharmacy), and space to house four grassroots organizations, strengthening collective impact in Albany’s South End.

We are grateful to Jeanette Moy, Commissioner of the New York State Office of General Services, for delivering nearly 1,500 pounds of food—collected as part of Governor Kathy Hochul’s Holiday Toy, Coat, School Supply, and Food Drive—to our Arbor Hill Community Food Pantry on Friday, December 19. We could not continue our mission of strengthening and supporting our community without the vital partnership and support of our friends in state government.

Special thanks to James Crew and Kayla Duffer for ensuring the delivery went smoothly and for capturing photos—and deep appreciation to Danielle Murphy, NYS OGS Executive Assistant, for her coordination, care, and steady support throughout this process. We also extend our sincere thanks to Dan Wren, Capital Region Representative, New York State Executive Chamber, for his partnership and support.

Together, we lend a hand. 💚💙
