This is Ms Awareness Month. A very hard month for me. Even though I find this month to be trying. I want to thank everyone on this list in this post, especially . It means the world to me again I thank you for you alls support. I apologize because I did leave off some of the steps due to loosing them but all in all speaking as a person that knows you took the time out of your day to prove your steps to show awareness. We as a community of Multiple Sclerosis Warriors are so grateful!!!!!!

ICANBEATMS strives to improve the livelihood of MS patients by promoting implementation of evidence-based life styles, diets and best practices through continuing education, trainings and accelerating dissemination of testimonies. ICANBEATMS promise to find new ways of coping with MS, treatments, possible cure and maybe even a prevention method for this disease.
