🌟Today as we were asking residents to name a member of their care team that goes above and beyond both Chris and Heather nominated Santori Lemon the 3rd floor RN supervisor .

They both said Santori listens and takes them seriously! They had been going through a rough time but Santori’s words of encouragement help them to see that things turn around and usually get better. They couldn’t say enough good things about Santori !
