I first met Jillian Faison at an Albany Black Chamber, where we shared our work in the Capital Region. Our initial connection soon led to a deeper conversation, and during that discussion, she reignited my passion for the school diversion initiative. Jillian Faison reminded me of the urgent need to break the cycle that pulls our Black and Brown children into street violence and the criminal justice system. This is one of the many reasons Our Village Services LLC has chosen to honor Jillian Faison at our 5th Anniversary Celebration next Friday, September 20. We hope you can join us in celebrating her and the incredible work being done
