Celebrating 25 Years of Leadership & Dedication! 🎉
Today we proudly recognize 25 incredible years of service from our Executive Director, Valerie Colvin.

She began her journey as a Direct Support Professional— working hands-on, side-by-side with the individuals we serve. Through passion, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to our mission, she grew within the organization, taking on new challenges, inspiring teams, and ultimately rising to the role of Executive Director.
Her leadership is rooted in experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the work at every level. Because she’s walked the path herself, she leads with empathy, integrity, and vision.

For 25 years, she has made a lasting impact — strengthening our programs, empowering our staff, and improving the lives of so many in our community.

DSPs are the quiet heroes of our communities. Every day, they support independence, ensure safety, and advocate with heart. Their work touches not only the lives of the individuals they serve but also the families who trust them.
