This year, we’re shining a well-deserved spotlight on the incredible work of our Direct Support Professionals — the compassionate, committed individuals who empower people with disabilities to live full, meaningful lives.
DSPs are the quiet heroes of our communities. Every day, they support independence, ensure safety, and advocate with heart. Their work touches not only the lives of the individuals they serve but also the families who trust them.
Let’s take this week to recognize and celebrate all they do. Here’s how you can join in:
Share a Story – Know a DSP who’s made a difference? Tell their story and spread the word.
Educate Others – Help raise awareness about the vital role DSPs play in our communities.
Say Thank You – Sometimes, a heartfelt "thank you" is the most powerful gesture of all.
