STARTING THIS WEDNESDAY: Our Adult Ballroom Dance Class is back at the YMCA! 💃🕺

Get ready to glide across the dance floor with your favorite partner! Our Ballroom Dance program caters to everyone, regardless of your dance background or experience level. Every week, you'll learn a new style of dance: Swing, Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, and more.

📅 January 21 - February 25 (6-Week Session, Wednesdays)

Meet our Tumbling Tots instructors! 🤸

⭐ Charlotte Nicholas ⭐

Tumbling is an important part of Charlotte's life. She was a competitive gymnast for five years and tumbled for West Albany High School's cheer team for two years, where she attended the 2025 JAMZ National Championships. Charlotte attended preschool in our old YMCA building and enjoys being a part of the YMCA community. She is CPR and First Aid certified and is currently a college student studying biochemistry and music. In her free time, she enjoys performing music, hiking, and hanging out with her dogs.

⭐ Sidney Frey ⭐

Sidney has two years of gymnastics experience and over a year of coaching experience. She is CPR and First Aid certified and is currently a college student at OSU, studying mechanical and aerospace engineering. Sidney is also pursuing ground school to obtain her pilot's license. In her spare time, she volunteers at Safe Haven Humane Society.

Sign up now for Jr. NBA Spring Youth Basketball at the YMCA! 🏀

We are excited to announce that the YMCA has partnered with the Jr. NBA to provide a recreational, coed program with the mission of empowering our youth through the game of basketball. Our goal is for the young athletes to improve on their skills, and to teach the importance of teamwork, leadership, and most importantly, having fun.
