CMM Advisors Corp. is a company that aids insured individuals that have had out of pocket medical costs. We help families navigate and collect monies due them under the terms of their Catastrophic Major Medical insurance (CMM) policies.

We advocate for our client families by getting them CMM qualified, submitting their claims, and getting them paid directly through their CMM insurance company.

We believe that a fair number of families who have CMM insurance coverage do not even submit claims due to the complicated processes. 56,000 union members are enrolled or recently enrolled in the NYSUT 2023 CMM plan.

The Catastrophe Major Medical Plan, sponsored by the NYSUT Member Benefits Catastrophe Major Medical (CMM) Insurance Trust, and sold via many union affiliates is a health insurance plan designed to provide coverage for catastrophic medical events.

Last year the plan paid out 19 million in claims.
