About Us:
Tammy’s Adult Foster Home has been family-run since 2017, but its roots go much deeper. This home has been passed down through three generations, starting with Tammy’s grandmother, followed by her mother, and now Tammy herself. For over 40 years, the home has been a place of love, respect, and dedicated care for all who have lived and worked here. This isn’t just a business—it’s a legacy of family values, routine, and compassionate care.
Our home currently provides care for five state Medicaid residents and one private resident. All of our residents are lively, engaged, and enjoy being part of a close-knit community. Our focus is on creating a nurturing environment where both residents and staff feel like family.
Position Overview:
We are not simply seeking an employee—we are looking for someone who will join our family. As a Resident Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the routine and care that makes Tammy’s Adult Foster Home so special. In time, there may be an opportunity for you to take on a greater leadership role and even manage the home in the future.

Our residents, ranging in age from 55 to 94, will be involved in the hiring process, as they take great pride in their home and who joins our team. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to become a part of a close-knit family.
