We have formed a team to fundraise in support of kidney patients across the country. Your donation to our team provides a lifeline of care to kidney patients and those at risk who face incredible obstacles.
We joined the 37 Mile Challenge and each team member will attempt to walk 37 miles during the month of May to raise awareness of kidney disease. We are asking for donations as we walk to create a better world for thousands of patients in need. Your contribution is more than a gift, it is an investment in others' lives.

Come see us this Friday for the wine walk! Tickets can be purchased day of or ahead of time if you’d like at the Albany Downtown Association

One week from tonight!

We have 24 wineries coming to Downtown Albany for next week’s Wine Walk! Will you be with us? Merchants along First and Second Avenues will be hosting, downtown eateries will be open, and it also happens to be First Friday where art and food and shops are all open.

Wine Walk, Friday, May 2, 4-8 pm.

Stop by the Albany Visitors Association (122 SW Ferry St.) and purchase your advance Wine Walk ticket weekdays from 9 to 5. Cash/Check/Cards. Advance ticket holders get the Express Line at event day check-in!

Tickets are $20 (includes entry into the event, a wine glass, and 5 tasting tickets). Extra drink tickets are 5/$5 and also can be purchased in advance.

So thankful for all of our wonderful OTs! OTs are experts at problem solving, breaking down tasks and identifying the problem. They’re creative and bring so many tools to support our aging population. Our OTs have practiced as Home health clinicians for years, some decades and know our community and resources so well. They truly go the extra mile to make sure our patients get the resources, equipment and support they need. Thank You for everything you do!

We decorated a tree for the Mennonite Village Village of Trees! The trees are on display at the Mennonite Village December 4 - 11 in a silent auction. Proceeds benefit the Mennonite Village Employee Scholarship Fund. Ours is the Candyland tree!

Happy thanksgiving from the crew at signature home Signature HealthCare at Home-Albany ! This crew is amazing. They got together this morning to dish up plates of warm thanksgiving food to deliver to our patients who otherwise wouldn't have a thanksgiving meal today.
