Grief has a way of settling into the body, doesn’t it? 🤍
It can feel like a tightness in the chest or a weight on the shoulders that sleep just doesn’t seem to touch. Sometimes, the brain is too tired for “talk,” but the body is ready to let go.
In our Grief Yoga classes, we create a sanctuary for that release.
This isn’t about perfect poses or “getting it right.” It’s about creating enough safety within yourself to let your emotions move. We flow like a wave—honoring the sadness, the anger, and the love—until suffering begins to transform into a deeper appreciation for life.
