With flu season in full swing, it’s important to stay vaccinated and help keep you and the people around you from getting really sick. It’s important to remember that it can take up to two weeks for the flu shot to become fully effective.

Reach out to your Care Manager for support and resources on where to get your flu shot. 💗

🌐 Today is World Usability Day. This year’s theme focuses on how new technologies like artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual tools are changing the way people interact with the digital world.

As these tools continue to grow and improve, it’s important to make sure they are safe, trustworthy, and easy for everyone to use. By putting people first, we can create technology that helps everyone — no matter their needs or abilities.

Did you know 1 in 10 people will have a seizure and 1 in 26 will develop epilepsy during their lifetime?

November is National Epilepsy Awareness Month — we’d like to honor the incredible strength and resilience of those living with epilepsy. Now more than ever it’s critical for the epilepsy community to speak up and protect epilepsy programs and research.
