Jenn hit her PR with 53lb kettlebells for 8 reps per side

Awesome job Jenn!

We programmed this movement for her for 4 weeks. After Jenn got through 4 weeks she actually told me she wanted to keep going with them.

We changed accessory movements but kept these in and Jenn keeps hitting new heights.

Way to push Jenn. You only get ridiculously strong by being ridiculously consistent .

Small Group training is designed to create progressive overload with great technique.

Todd and Steve both recently got their Raccoon shirts from crushing some personal goals.

In a Small Group structure we will:

Follow a structured program (e.g., progressive strength training, mobility work). Track lifts, measure progress, and train toward specific goals.

Jenn has been working on lunges in her semi-private sessions.

She started with 62 pounds at the beginning of the cycle . Now she’s hitting 97 pound lunges for 8 reps!

Her next goal is 106 pounds for 10 reps

In this block double KB deadlifts are in!

Week after week clients see some sort of progression. Weather it’s reps, sets, or the size weights.

All three of these women had never had experience lifting like this before coming to Fitness Vision.

Now they all@support each other and seeing their progression week after week is impressive.

24KG double kettlebell deadlifts for 10 reps paired with squat presses is NOT an easy task. But they continue to see improvements week after week by focusing on form , and how to tense their muscles properly .

Badass !

Sarah is here crushing some sprinter stance deadlifts .

I’ve had many conversations lately about what is different about Small Group Personal Training than big classes.

Here is one good example. We did a 4 week training block working with sprinter stance deadlifts as one of the movements. We work on form, technique, how to do it well, and then how to progress the movement.

Sarah is doing this for 6-8 reps with 125 pounds.

In a Small Group Personal Training session it’s often confused with a “class” . But it’s not just about doing a normal class with less people. It’s about coaching.

If you’ve only done large classes with super loud music, constant rotating coaches, and charges for late cancels it may be time to try something new !
