💪 Why this is great
• ~8–10g protein per bite
• Takes 5–10 minutes
• Easy to grab after a workout
• No baking required

🧾 Ingredients
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ½ cup peanut butter
• ½ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
• 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 2–3 tbsp milk (any kind)
• ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional but worth it)

👨🍳 Instructions
1. Mix everything in a bowl
2. Add milk slowly until it sticks together
3. Roll into bite-sized balls
4. Put in fridge for 20–30 minutes
