The PAWH & Benefits Counseling teams have been out in the community this fall! ๐ Devin and Heather attended the Warren-Hamilton Fall Festival hosted by the Office for Aging, and Alexander, Kristin, and Colin joined the Columbia County Office for Aging Senior Picnic a few weeks ago. Hereโs a look at both events!
Our PAWH program offers comprehensive services for individuals aged 50 and above living with HIV, including outreach, case management, health education, and psychosocial support. Through our Benefits Counseling program, credentialed counselors assist individuals in understanding how employment affects public benefits such as SSI, SSDI, SNAP, and Medicaid, empowering them to make informed decisions about their financial and health well-being.
By collaborating and participating in community events, we aim to foster connections, provide support, and ensure that individuals have access to the resources they need to thrive.
