โHow many clients ๐โโ๏ธ do you see a day?โ
I actually look at how many hands ๐ on hours Iโm working on Tuesday thru Friday. I take into consideration the length of each session, from 30-120 minutes, as well as if that client requires more physically intense bodywork including their emotional/mental/spiritual space to be held during their appointments.
My goal is to keep my time in studio around 5๏ธโฃ hours a day (which equals 20 hours of hands on a week, very different from the Rockefeller 40 hour work week design) while prioritizing some pretty important factors outside the treatment room that make up โฌ๏ธ a full work schedule.
I am avid about continued education, oftentimes exceeding the require 25 hrs/2yrs renewal. I focus on keeping a clean environment both inside the studio as well as out front in my driveway and yard. Laundry of course is always in rotation; marketing on socials and website maintenance ๐ฉโ๐ง get squared away frequently as well. A big focus ๐ง for me is a slow start into my morning, walking Wayne so he snoozes ๐ค with you while you receive bodywork as well as a healthy meal to break my fast. The most important thing I do outside of the massage session is my physical fitness priority. Putting in 2-3 hrs a day at the gym so that my endurance on my feet ๐ฃ for all your sessions is at its peak.
Your time with me in person ๐ง may only appear to be what you schedule ๐ so I thought ๐ญ I would give you some insight into the behind the scenes.
A big thank you ๐ to all clients who are apart of this system that benefits both myself and them in keeping people active, healthy, and at peace โฎ๏ธ in their day to day demands.
