Our sense of smell 👃 is a huge part of assisting in our nervous system transitioning into parasympathetic rest and digest!

While on my 💆‍♂️ table that is heated to your level of comfort I provide aromatherapy to your linens while face up ⬆️.

From lavender to sandalwood, the variety and blends are all for a heightened session at no 💴 to you!

My hope is every BODY 🧍 on my table receives the most luxurious massage session available in the valley.

📣 I will be a little slow moving in my appts 📆 for the unforeseen future. Even massage therapists 💆‍♀️ are not immune to hurting their own muscles. RICE, NSAIDS and a nurse Waynegrow to keep me still when I’m not providing massage. This does mean ashiatsu massages are off the table.

My responsibility as your 💆‍♀️ therapist is to provide a service that is backed by fact. When I say I’m a heavy handed “deep tissue” provider I do everything I can outside the treatment room to prove it. 🏋️ I’m here 5-6 📅 days a week throwing 🪨 rocks around so you have the best experience in your sessions possible.

COVID-19 🦠 isn’t the only health concern during cold and flu season. 🤢

Making sure all areas that come in contact by my clients are always 🧽 sanitized and disinfected is Oregon Statute standard for all massages practices. My feedback 📝 from my 💆 client who messaged yesterday morning for an emergency issue in his back/right shoulder. A good LMT helps clients relax and unwind, the bonus of results like this in just 60 minutes though? That’s a 🍒 on top of an 🍨 sundae with all the fixings!

Oregon Board of Massage Therapists require LMTS to take 25 hours of continued education 📖every 2️⃣ years.

I myself renew in June of 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣6️⃣ and already I’ve racked ⬆️ 15 hours in topics from techniques to business and good ethics too.

Creating classes for my colleagues has me seeking validation in what is material worth covering. I encourage you to comment what classes would be great CE’s for you to take making your ⏰ and 💰 worth it. With my approved provider status I hope to align with that knowledge.
