Had a great time at last night’s 32nd Annual Siro’s Cup in Saratoga! We are proud stretch sponsors of this wonderful event that helps raise money for the Center for Disability Services in Albany. Our Latham clinic supervisor, Leah Klein, was a former division 1 soccer player and recently visited the Shaker girls soccer program to educate them on how to properly strengthen muscle groups to help with injury prevention. Engaging certain muscle groups and being aware of body position is vital to being a successful athlete.
