Your feet are your trusty companions, carrying you through every step of your journey in life.

From your first wobbly steps as a toddler to your confident stride as an adult, they’ve been with you all the way.

But are you taking care of them the way they deserve? Here are three simple tips to help you keep your feet happy and healthy:

1. Stretch and massage your feet regularly. Just like any other muscle in your body, your feet need to be stretched and massaged to stay supple and strong. Try rolling a tennis ball under your foot or using a foot roller to soothe tired muscles and improve circulation.

2. Consider using toe spacers. Toe spacers are a great way to improve the alignment of your toes and prevent issues like bunions, plantar fasciitis, and hammertoes. They work by gently stretching the muscles and ligaments in your toes, which can become tight and cramped over time. You can use toe spacers while you’re relaxing at home or even while you’re wearing shoes.

3. Opt for shoes that allow your feet to move naturally. Many conventional shoes restrict the natural movement of your feet and can lead to issues like flat feet, arch pain, and plantar fasciitis. Shoes that allow your feet to move and function naturally can help improve your overall foot health and prevent injury.

Remember, your feet are your foundation. Take care of them, and they’ll take care of you.

Reflexology is the careful working of the specific areas of the hands, feet, and earlobes that affects the nervous system and fascia in a way that brings relief and balance to the entire body.

My goal as a reflexologist is to provide a space and a means for you to connect with the innate ability of your body and soul to heal and find peace and balance. Through careful work of specified patterns on the extremities, your entire nervous system, fascia, blood vessels and bio-electricity are harnessed to bring balance to the muscles, joints, organs, and even emotional centers that need healing or stress-relief. I’m happy to provide an overall deep relaxation experience or tailor areas of focused attention according to your unique needs, using therapeutic essential oils to increase reflexology’s already amazing effects.

As a Christian, my hope is also that you find connection with the Living God in every session and I am happy to pray with you for any concerns or stresses you may have or help you walk through your own conversation with God.
