Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared, non-invasive procedure that lifts the neck, chin and brow. As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. NEW DOCTOR ANNOUNCEMENT
Leah T. Umfrey, M.D. joins Ophthalmic Consultants of the Capital Region (OCCR) as a board-certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist focused on glaucoma diagnosis, management, treatment and surgery.

Dr. Umfrey is a fellow of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Glaucoma Society. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with honors, and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Her internship in Internal Medicine was completed at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C., and her residency in Ophthalmology completed at Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Umfrey was fellowship trained in glaucoma at the Manhattan, Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York City, NY.

Dr. Umfrey speaks English natively and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Umfrey will see patients at our Albany, Clifton Park, Schenectady, Schodack & Troy locations.
