This session is a beautiful opportunity for individuals to come together and explore the transformative power of mindfulness practices. During our time together, you will learn valuable breathing techniques, engage in guided meditation, and experience the soothing effects of a sound bath. These practices are designed to reduce stress,enhance emotional regulation, and improve overall mental well-being, fostering a sense of peace and resilience.

This Aspire Palooza 2k26 fundraiser will be in support of National Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week. This event will serve as the official kickoff for May’s National Mental Health Awareness campaign.

We invite you to join as we work together to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and support children, youth, and families who are experiencing or may be at risk for mental health and other life challenges.

We would love to see participation from: •Faith-based organizations
•Schools from all 8 counties served by Aspire
•Local gyms and community groups
•Food vendors and local businesses
•After school and youth programs

This family friendly event is open to all ages. It is also a great opportunity for Aspire departments, community organizations, and businesses across South Georgia to set up a table and promote their services. If you have questions about sponsorship opportunities, vendor registration, or collaboration with the YYA team, please do not hesitate to reach out.
