First, find a good time where you and he (or they) are relaxed and don't have upcoming commitments. ⏰

Second, find a good place to share with them, like on a walk or in an environment with few distractions. 🌅

Third, let them know that because they mean so much to you, you wanted to make sure they knew about this pregnancy.
You can explain that even if you don't have all the answers, you want them involved because you trust them. Feel free to invite them to your initial verification appointment, so you can walk through these new steps together. 👣

Some women have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, while others don’t. 🤷‍♀️ Either way, the best way to determine a pregnancy is through a pregnancy test and verified by a medical facility.
