Your Thriving Taylor House Community is looking towards the horizon, focusing on the future, and not forgetting our past.👀🏡🎉❤️
This week is no different, except that we at the Taylor House are charging forward in triumph towards tomorrow....This week we celebrated National Assisted Living Week, “Ageless Adventure,” which kicked off with Grandparents Day on Sunday.👵🏼👴🏻👨🏾🦳
On Monday, we joined in commerce in our community with a trip to the Dollar Tree. (By the way, a dollar does not get you much!🥴🤪🙄)
On Tuesday, Coyle Baptist Church brought their team of mighty worshippers and led the residents in Hymns and a powerful message.🙏🙌🔥
Wednesday, we played Bingo as long as it was medically prudent and a small group went to say goodbye to a dear friend.😅💗😇
Also on Wednesday, we hosted our Annual Fall Festival! Joined together in fellowship and breaking of bread outside in the courtyard with family and friends. We had cheeseburgers with all the trimmings, beans, slaw, chips, and the best banana pudding ever from Lefler’s Place of Mount Gilead, NC. 🍂 🍔🫂
On Thursday, we celebrated Patriot’s Day and remembered those whose lives were taken on that frightful day in 2001, as Chaplain April Anderson led us in praise and worship.🇺🇸🙏❤️
Friday, we close out the week with our “Circle of Friends” and look back at the many blessings we have here at The Taylor House! 👍😁
