In order to perceive our "Higher Self/Sakhu/Absolute, we must become one with our Higher Self. This is the essence of our journey home. The experience of our Higher Self, our divine nature will provide us a state of Supreme Peace (Hetep).

We will have completed a circuit (come full circle) from Amen which is the "hidden" reality from where all human Souls come to Earth (Geb), the "manifest" physical reality, and then back to AMEN/SAKHU.

Planting good seeds; think good thoughts, do. good things. For the seeds of life and living include all possibilities of the tree--your future life tree. These possibilities will develop only in fertile conditions. Your environment nurtures good or bad, ripe or rotten, righteousness or wrongness: your seeds of life and living merely grow and adapt.

So be careful who you hang around and what you do, for some things cannot be undone. Plants grow in their proper season. Everyone must. act. in the rhythm of their time, their epoch, their era, their moment in time, such are the opportunities.

Some are unjust but they fight to win, while others are just but do not fight to win. And so the unjust win. Here injustice is subsidiary; the problem is not with just the unjust, for they will fulfill their role. The problem is with those sworn to do right, the best of the best, the salt of the earth, the strong, the good, the good, THE JUST. Tdka Maat Kilimanjaro

Be not arrogant because of your KNOWLEDGE. Take counsel with the ignorant as well as with the wise. Appreciate the wisdom of ages. For KNOWLEDGE in any field has never been set and no one has ever reached them.

Wisdom is rarer than precious jewels, and yet it is found among women who gather at the grindstones. Be diligent as long as you live, always doing more than is asked of you, always giving more, always leaving environments you come into in better condition than when you first came into them.

Do not misuse your TIME daydreaming, but seek VISION. Idle dreams fly away, so many words don't get said, people get lost in the STORMS; lost but not found, so many let each other down.
YES, have VISIONS; but never daydream. THEN GET TO WORK CREATING THAT VISION.

LEARNING FROM OUR ANCESTORS~

Care for what is just and right, love wisdom and seek truth. Return time and time again to what is essential and worthy.
Do not live to please others; in doing so we lose our hold on our life's purpose.

Do not try to seem wise to others. If you want to live a wise life, live it on your own terms and in your own eyes.

Help when help is needed. Do not question the call to do so, especially if a friend needs you; on her or his behalf. Do not hesitate. Don't sit around speculating about the possible inconvenience, problems, OR DANGERS.

As long as you let your heart, soul, and will lead the way, you will be safe. It is our duty to stand by our friends, in their hour of need.

MEDITATION~

Remember, there is a natural correlation between one's thinking, feelings of negative thoughts and emotions, and the mood states of anxiety and depression.

As African Americans, it's difficult for us to believe that our historical past of enslavement left subtle residual of its psychological scars. For instance, the unconscious feelings of low self-esteem is one such scare and is carried by many of us.
It is important to become aware that the power to change our lives requires us to remain in the present or the here and now.

THINGS OF VALUE~

Walk each day in the way of justice and rightness and you will reach the place to which you are going. Integrity begins within; to your own Self be TRUE.

Don't let making a living prevent you from making a LIFE. Guard against words and deeds of deception and against words that are untrue. Destroy the desire to do and speak rottenness, for this only tears down that which was good, leaving only waste and desolation in its place.

Protect what is yours and you will always find it where you placed it. Care for those things of value and be watchful of what you have earns in LIFE. Be diligent and appreciate what you have BUILT, for nothing is harder than rebuilding from scratch that which you wasted or gave away without just cause.

IN THE HOUR OF MEDITATION~

Again, the hour is at hand. Day merges into the evening time. Without and Within is quiet, Nature herself is at peace. And when Nature is at peace, MORE peacefully does the SOUL RETIRE into the chamber of the HEART.

Let the senses and their activity subside. Life as it is, is short. Give at least some short time unto your "Higher Self" ~ "Know Thyself' For your Higher Self /God and the Soul are ONE. Remember, as a mortal man, that thou are dust! True, that is the body, even of the Mind it is TRUE.

REMEMBER: YOU ARE THE SOUL!
