✨ Get to Know Your Provider ✨

Hi! I’m Greta, Family Nurse Practitioner and owner of Crisco Integrative Health, PLLC 💙

I graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in 2001 and began my nursing career at the bedside as an Emergency Department nurse, while also gaining experience in home care, primary care, and pediatrics. I earned my BSN from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences in 2015 and later completed my MSN, obtaining national certification through the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019.

I currently provide primary care services for group homes serving the intellectually disabled across much of North Carolina, a role that is very close to my heart.

My first experiences as a family nurse practitoner consisted of traveling as a wound care consultant from here to Virginia Beach. I also have practiced as a primary care provider for long term care facilities and now currently provide primary care servives to group homes since 2021.

I opened Crisco Integrative Health in January 2024, initially focusing on medically assisted weight loss. In January 2025, I expanded services to include hormone replacement therapy for men, and now also offer female HRT, sick visits, sports physicals, primary care, and home visits.

Outside the clinic, I’m a wife and mom, and I proudly answer to “Olly”—the name my favorite little people (my grandkids) gave me because they can’t say “Lolly.” 💕 You’ll likely meet them if you visit our office, as I believe strongly in a family-friendly workplace. My daughter is also my office manager, so the kids are part of the package deal!

I was born and raised in western Stanly County, and my prayer is that God will guide me in using my skills to care for those in our community—especially individuals who may struggle with traditional medical offices for any reason.
