Friends of Pregnancy Resource Center of Stanly County

The PRC exists to serve women & men facing unplanned pregnancies and to be a voice for the voiceless, namely the unborn.

We want to empower women to choose life for their babies and lead them to abundant life found in Jesus Christ. All PRC services are free & confidential.

1. InSight Medical Services, staffed by licensed medical professionals, offers lab-quality pregnancy tests, limited obstetric ultrasounds, options counseling (abortion procedures, risks, and consequences; parenting; and adoption), and education on pregnancy and fetal development.

2. The LEAP (Learn, Earn, and Parent) program helps mothers and fathers grow emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually, through parenting classes, bi-weeky appointments with client advocates, and community services referrals.

3. The abortion recovery ministry, Healing Journeys, offers forgiveness, healing, and hope through our Bible studies for women and men. WE DO NOT PERFORM OR REFER FOR ABORTION.

Behind the scenes of the Baby Bottle Boomerang! 📸

Ever wonder what happens after you turn in your bottle? It gets counted by dedicated helpers like Martha!

We've been dedicated to counting the literal thousands of coins and bills that make the mission possible. 👛💵

To every person who filled a bottle: Thank you. Whether it was spare change from your cup holder or a check from your heart, we value every single cent. These donations provide pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and material resources for families in our community. 🩷

⚠️ Quick Reminder: If your bottle is still sitting on your kitchen counter or in your car—it’s not too late! Please drop them off at your church this Sunday or bring directly to the Center (Mon-Thurs. 9a-5p) so we can put those funds to work. 😊

Community is such a big part of what we do! 🤍

We are so grateful to our friends at The Gathering for bringing Embrace Grace love boxes! These boxes are more than just gifts; they are a message of Jesus' hope and an invitation for single pregnant moms in our community to find a supportive church family.

We love being able to refer our clients to organizations that pour into them. It truly takes a village, and we're honored to serve alongside ministries like The Gathering.

Say hi to Emily and Carrie! 👋 If you walked through our doors today, these are some of the smiling faces you may see. They took a quick second to show you our waiting room. However, this is more than just a place to sit. 👇

For the mom who just saw a positive test and feels like her world is out of control, this room is her first step inside the Center. It’s cozy, it’s comfortable, and it’s filled with a peace that honestly, only God can provide. 🕊️

And here’s the "behind-the-scenes" secret: every lamp and every cozy chair in this room was put there by you. When you give, you’re essentially holding the door open for a neighbor in crisis and saying, "Come on in. You're safe here. We've got you." 🥰

No one has to choose abortion because of financial and emotional pressures. We offer the information you need about abortion procedures, risks, and alternatives in order to make an informed choice. We offer the resources you need to empower you to choose.

Real empowerment comes when you find the strength and resources necessary to make your best choice.

Our free and confidential services include: pregnancy tests, limited obstetric ultrasound, options counseling (abortion procedures, risks & consequences; parenting; adoption); education on pregnancy and fetal development; abortion recovery counseling provided by client advocates.
