Yesterday, our newsletter went out with a very special message honoring the life of Roger Hudson, Allison’s beloved father. Roger was a man who deeply loved Will’s Place, this nonprofit that was founded in memory of his son, Will.

If you would like to honor Roger’s memory, memorial offerings can be made to Will’s Place as we continue the mission he cared so deeply about, offering hope and healing to those impacted by substance use.

The Will’s Place Community holds the Hudson family in our hearts during this time and celebrate Roger’s incredible life & the lasting impact he made in the Albemarle community. 🕊️

🌟🙌1️⃣ Shoutout to Ashley! 1️⃣🙌🌟

Today, we are giving a shoutout to Ashley!!
Over a year ago, Ashley walked through our doors at Will’s Place and she was ready to do whatever it took to recover and get better!! We got her into Dove’s Nest in Charlotte for treatment then she came back and got plugged into our 90 Day program! From there we were able to get her into a sober living house back in Charlotte where is very active in the AA community, works 2 jobs and is committed to her recovery!

This past Sunday night, we had the incredible honor of welcoming her back as our guest testimony speaker because she is celebrating 1 year of sobriety this month and WOW, what a full-circle moment! 🙌✨🥹👏 She always had a bright smile, but today, she’s shining brighter than ever.

We are so proud of her hard work, her courage, and her commitment to recovery.

“Listen Linda”, keep shining girl… you are an inspiration to US all!! 🥰🙌✨
