Introducing Patient's Choice Wellness Clinic! Hi, I'm Sheila and am excited to have the opportunity to work with you. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner with 23 years of healthcare experience looking for a way to simplify care and focus on preventive healthcare.
My mission is to empower you to make informed choices about your health and wellness.

-Annual physical/wellness exams
-D.O.T. exams
-Pre-operative exams
-Sports Physicals
-Labwork
-On site medication refills
-Chronic disease/risk factor management for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, obesity, anxiety/depression
