Cancer healing can feel like a windy road & you can't see what's around the corner until you get there. This week I experienced many feelings as I continue to navigate through my journey. It's amazing to me how God's timing is perfect timing. A few things that kept me going this week...
1. A lady at my acupuncture clinic, stopped me on my way out & said (very meaningfully) that she is praying for me as I continue making decisions & working on my health. My ❤️. The tears started flowing.
2. While receiving my IVC, the nurse connected me with another patient at the clinic that is also on a breast cancer healing journey and she is very like minded(healing naturally)- I'm so grateful to continue to be connected with individuals on the same journey!
3. A cousin of mine sent me a message that her friend follows my page & loves a clinic that I am looking into for healing! So kind of her to reach out!
4. Another cousin reached out to me & said to listen to I'm Alive-Celine Dion. It made her think of me & this journey I'm on & just trusting God's plan in each day💖🥰

It's these things that may seem so little to the person giving but it means so much to me!

With each day that passes, I feel another step closer to the answers of what's causing the dis-ease & why my body can't fight off the u healthy cells.

Two years ago today(Wow! Already but yet, feels like much longer ago because so much has happened since that very day)-
April 12, 2020
My husband and I packed our bags and flew to AZ for my treatment. Even though this decision felt best for me, there were so many unknowns at this point...how long until I would see my kids again? What do I need to pack? What will I be doing each day? Who am I going to meet? The list goes on. But, even with all of these unknowns, I'm grateful that I had amazing support (thank you to each one of you that have been by my side & continue to be), kept my head up & continued to push through. Looking back, other than missing my kids and family very much I do not regret any part of moving away for treatment. It was what my body, soul and mind needed. I have learned so much (and continue to each and every day), changed, grown & have met the most wonderful, loving and intelligent individuals on my healing journey! I cannot wait to see what my future holds!

I want to share with you an update about my health. In November of 2021, I noticed a lump towards the outside of my left breast(the cancer in 2020 was towards the inside of the same breast). In January 2022, the skin (where the cancer was in 2020) started changing and looking more like it did when there was cancer active, like an orange peel and thick skin. I started searching for a natural doctor that could recommend blood tests to learn more about what's going on in my body without needing a PETscan. I have done a nagalase test and the number shows that there is likely cancer growing in my body. My very first thought was why and how come? I just "got on my feet" with motherhood, work and being a wife all while making myself a priority to stay healthy. Why would it be growing again already? And why me? But then I read a quote that said, "if God hasn't healed you yet he is not done teaching you". I truly believe that God wants me to learn more about cancer and natural healing so that some day in the near future I can help others. I wish this day was today! I just want others to be aware and know what some options for healing are because cancer is becoming more and more common. So, I'm taking this "2nd round" with a different approach. I'm going to focus on healing naturally and I'm going to be figuring out why my body distributes estrogen a certain way, if there are environmental factors causing the cancer to grow and so much more! I have joined Breast Cancer Conqueror for a coaching program (I had my first group call this week- it was amazing!) and I so gratefully get to attend a healing retreat in Florida in just 1 month. Here's to more learning & healing!

I wish I would've had more knowledge about integrative and natural healing centers for cancer before being diagnosed.
The diagnosis was shocking and unexpected, no doubt but the hardest part by far was the next step- what will I do next, where do I start looking, who can help me? I felt like I had been left alone in a dark tunnel😥
If you are reading this post, please take action now while you are not stressed, have time and mental space to research different healing centers and options. I do not want anyone to go through the process as I did-3 weeks of searching and making huge decisions.
I would love to talk with you about the centers that helped me heal and the amazing individuals that I continue to work with as I navigate through my remission.

Feelings Friday⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Right after my diagnosis I felt so ALONE. I didn't know anyone else with breast cancer or any type of cancer that I could reach out to. This feeling was TOUGH because usually we can connect with someone that is going through the same or a very similar battle in life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Once I started at the treatment center in Arizona, I met countless individuals on the same journey. It felt so COMFORTING to talk with them especially because they believed in healing the body as a whole, like myself! I haven't felt alone since. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
