Detoxing is popular, but many people do it the wrong way — and end up feeling worse. That’s because the body can’t eliminate toxins effectively if its drainage pathways aren’t working properly.

Think of your body like a city: if trash piles up and no one collects it, problems start. The same goes for toxins. If your body pulls them out but can’t remove them, they build up and can cause more symptoms.

That’s why, at Abounding Wellness, we always start with drainage — the body’s natural process of clearing waste — before moving into deeper detox. (‼️)
