Why TPTC's Feeding Therapy Works… And Stands Apart
At our clinic, feeding therapy isn’t just a service, it’s a team effort grounded in evidence-based practice, compassion, and family-centered care.
What makes our feeding therapy program so successful?
🔹 A Specialized, Multi-Disciplinary Feeding Team
We’ve built a team of highly trained occupational, speech, and physical therapists who specialize in feeding. Our clinicians hold advanced certifications in respected approaches like the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, and NMES (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation), allowing us to tailor care to each child’s unique needs.
🔹 Medical Considerations Matter
We know that true feeding success starts with a full picture. We collaborate with families and medical providers to ensure that underlying concerns (like lip and tongue ties, enlarged tonsils, structural swallowing difficulties, or reflux) are addressed, not overlooked. Treating the symptoms without identifying the cause simply isn’t good enough.
🔹 Home Carryover is a Cornerstone
Progress doesn’t stop at the clinic doors. After every session, our families leave with clear, practical, personalized home instructions to support carryover. Because real change happens when therapy strategies are woven into daily routines — with the family actively involved every step of the way.
🔹 We Don’t “Just Do Feeding,” We Do It Right
While many places offer feeding therapy, few provide the depth of assessment, training, interdisciplinary coordination, and ongoing family coaching that we do. Our program is designed not just to check boxes, but to truly change lives.
If your child is struggling with picky eating, oral motor delays, or mealtime stress, you’re not alone. And with the right team, the right tools, and the right support at home, progress is absolutely possible.
